Join our inclusive feel good all levels yoga flow classes! Each type of yoga class also has many opportunities for your specific needs and level. Must be pre-registered in advance online to reserve spot!

Join us for our May 3 Week Prenatal Yoga Series designed for all stages of pregnancy! No previous yoga experience required. Each Sunday includes a brief check-in and a safe prenatal practice for all trimesters. You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathwork, and pregnancy-appropriate strength and core work that support your body’s changes and help prepare you physically and emotionally for the journey ahead! Join us for this nurturing and accessible series designed to support your body, your baby, and your growing sense of grounding and community! If you have to miss one week then email us and we will see if we can accommodate if we have space!

This is our only unique class is where yoga meets mat Pilates for a well rounded 60 minute class that is accessible to all levels! No prior experience for yoga or pilates needed. With a fun and upbeat playlist, we’ll move through a controlled full body flow designed to build real strength and stability, with the Pilates core ball infused throughout your practice. As the practice winds down, we’ll shift into feel-good stretches before settling into a grounding savasana so your body can fully recover & absorb it all. If you’re looking for a class that leaves you feeling both strong and centered then this blend of yoga + Pilates is exactly where you want to be!
