Join us for our Prenatal Yoga Series designed for all stages of pregnancy! No previous yoga experience required. Each Sunday includes a brief check-in and a safe prenatal practice for all trimesters. You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathwork, and pregnancy-appropriate strength and core work that support your body’s changes and help prepare you physically and emotionally for the journey ahead.! Join us for this nurturing and accessible series designed to support your body, your baby, and your growing sense of grounding and community!
Join us for a joyful 5-week experience designed for caregivers and children ages 2–4 to move together mindfully in our 45 minute yoga class designed for toddlers and their caregiver! Each class includes age-appropriate yoga poses, simple breathing, playful shapes, and gentle mindful movement that support physical development while building confidence, coordination, and self-esteem. Classes are thoughtfully infused with stories, music, and fun yoga games, keeping little ones engaged while caregivers participate right alongside them.
The 5-week series are designed for families commit to full series. This format helps children build comfort with the same group each week along with progressing. Consistency allows little ones to feel safe, supported, and excited to return each week. No experience is needed & mats are provided. Come move & bond through yoga with your little one! If child ends up sick during series then email us 12/24 hrs prior to class and we will work with you❤️
Our Kids Yoga Series is a fun, engaging, and supportive 5-week drop-off program designed for children ages 5–8. This playful and educational series helps kids move their bodies, build confidence, and learn mindfulness tools they can use in their everyday lives. Each week includes age-appropriate yoga poses, movement games, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation. Children explore movement while practicing simple mindfulness skills that support focus, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and calm both on and off the mat. Parents and caregivers do not need to stay in the room or participate. Can wait in lobby or drop off and come back for pick up. Our experienced instructors create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages independence, self-expression, and positive social connection. No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats and props are provided, just bring your kiddo ready to move, learn, and have fun!
