AERIAL YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION

Aerial Yoga is a new trending modern form of yoga. It combines a traditional yoga practice with the physical training of an aerialist. Our 5 week aerial yoga series utilizes the aerial hammock to help: assist the practitioner deepen their flexibility, release chronic tension, explore proper alignment, calm the nervous system, build upper body and core strength, and to have the support of the fabric to assist going upside down. This class ends with a peaceful savasana supported in the hammock. Aerial Yoga is suitable to most individuals of all ages. This includes experienced yogis that would like to add a new dimension to their practice and for those that do not have an existing yoga or aerial practice. Due to covid-19, drop ins are not available.
